So at long last the vision I had for The Coldwater Diaries is finally beginning to materialize after a few month layoff from the project altogether. For those of you who’ve been frequent visitors from the beginning you can clearly see the interface of the site overall has changed. For those of you that haven’t been here before… take my word for it, there’s been changes. If you don’t wish to read any further… well, no one is holding a gun to your head. Skip to the bottom.
For starters, a PRINT VERSION of what I call “Volume One” of this organically written series is now available for purchase. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH how much I DON’T WANT YOU TO BUY A COPY. Printing the first 14 chapters was merely a formality leading into other things we’re looking to do with this project. Below you will find an image of the printed version and info on how to both download the work for free on this site or (if you’re a real weirdo) buy the book in print form.

Now for those of you who don’t know already, let me give you the gist of what Coldwater is about. What started as an experiment in writing a fluid, organic novel in blog form online a year and a half ago has morphed into a much stronger and more solid entity (as has its writer in making major life changes since the original conception of the work).
The idea is to carry this story on weekly with free updates. Although I wont lie, there is a clear vision as to where the overall story is going, I’m not tied down to anything as far as writing it out is concerned. Every chapter written for this work is posted immediately after on this site – most of the time sans editing. This overall work, although well plotted out over time, is completely organic… as the world we live in changes or the mind of the writer, as does the story.
The first 14 Chapters were posted on this original site and met with some success… much to my surprise. Problem is however, half of those first 14 Chapters were written during a different phase in my life. The latter half occurred recently after a major growth. That said, I thought it best (knowing the basic structure of this to-be-tale) to cut off the first 14 Chapters (blog entries) and make them one solid volume as to set the stage…
As of now expect Volume 2 to be updated on a weekly basis. Along side those updated chapters will be YouTube video eastereggs to help move the plot around. For Casting information Click Here.
Basically we’re taking all platforms now available to the storyteller in this day and age and using them to create an entity for the the Internet generation.
