Video Shorts
Coldwater Diaries is a story that goes far beyond the written word. The goal of telling the story overall is to access all platforms now available to the storyteller in this day and age. Apart from being an organic tale communicated by way of on-the-fly blog entries… we also aim to inject “easter-egg” type videos that build off the current story-line and further present the unique world in which the work resides.
To have the ability to read a work and be able to put faces and personalities to what are really names on a piece of paper is a priceless commodity… both for the creator and reader as well. It is our goal to do this.
Telling a grouping of seperate stories along with fan input via internet will make Coldwater Diaries a living creative entity rather than a static work forever set in the printing of the authors original version. Through the mediums of both video and the written word, we will establish the world of Coldwater Diaries not only as a story, but its own serperate universe in which all can be involved.
Being as the story takes place in – and it’s creators are based out of Los Angeles, resources in putting this world onto the world of sight and sound are of easier access to your average bear. That said, we’re currently looking for aspiring actors and actressess (along with potential crew members) looking to build their own careers at the coattails of a story being told in a new way by people slightly ahead of curve and looking to revolutionize rather than immitate.
Currently we are casting for two projects (with more of which to follow — along with opportunity for the right cats). Below you will find the scripts and casting info for both.
